DELIVERY 

At Wildflower, we endeavour to meet the high expectations of our customers, but we understand that sometimes products may not be 100% as expected. If this is the case we will endeavour to replace or refund your item as soon as feasibly possible.

Currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom. However, if you are located outside of the UK and are interested in our products then please email on hannah@wildflowerflorist.co.uk and we may be able to assist your request.

Standard delivery is 4-5 working days. Currently we don't do a faster express delivery service as we are a small business. Occasionally, products may take slightly longer owing to 3rd party shipping issues, in which case we cannot accept liability.

RETURNS

At Wildflower, we endeavour to meet the high expectations of our customers, but we understand that sometimes our products, on arrival, may just not be quite right. If this is the case we will endeavour to replace your item as soon as possible or refund it, subject to some standard terms and conditions. 

If a product has arrived damaged we will, where possible, replace the item as soon as possible. If the product in question is no longer available we will offer a full refund. Refunds will be done within 4-5 working days of a refund being agreed. For cases of damage, we do ask that, where possible, you send a photo of the damage along with the order number to hannah@wildflowerflorist.co.uk

All returns must be returned unused, within their original package - in the condition they were received. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage costs from the original sale of the item or its return, but we do recommend that you send your product via a tracking service or with some form of insurance.
