The fiddle leaf fig is a beautiful, upright plant known for its air purifying qualities. It will be happiest in bright indirect light in a draught-free spot and should be watered when the top layer of compost is dry. Occasional misting will help to keep the leaves clean. Reduce watering in the winter months. Should you remove any leaves be aware that the sap of ficus plants is considered an irritant best kept away from children and animals.

The Emilia pots signature style is their rope edge. These tall, elegant and slender pots have classical Roman styiling. Since the 1800s this style has been produced in the city of Modena in the Emilia-Romagna region of Tuscany. This Bergs design has been inspired by the region and is even made in Tuscany today using the time-honoured techniques.

Bergs Potter raw, natural plant pots use a high-density clay which allows air to get to the roots, thus giving the plants the optimum growth conditions.
